First: Lug Nuts

Third: Upper Ball Joint

Take the electric drill that you should have with you and the metal bit that should be with it. Now you will drill through the rivets that are holding your upper ball joint where it is supposed to be. Drill out all the rivets and then use the punch and hammer that you have to remove all the leftover fragments.
Sixth: Raise Arm
Use your floor jack to lift your lower control arm. When you are lifting, make sure that it is fully supported by the jack.
Seventh: Cotter Pin
Take your long nosed pliers to take the cotter pin out of the stud. Unwrap it and pull it out.
Eighth: Removing
This is where the rachet and socket set will come into play. Use these to loosen the nut for the ball joint. Now take your ball joint separator and put it in the middle of the control arm and that metal cap for the ball joint. Hit the flattened end of your separator with your hammer. After you have separated the upper ball joint and the control arm, then remove the upper ball joint.
